Yes. You do not need to be a Christian, know the Bible or have your beliefs sorted out before you come to church. The Lakes Church is a place where people can explore Jesus, ask honest questions and take things at a pace that is right for them.
You are welcome to join in as much or as little as you want. You can sing, listen or sit quietly. Nobody will ask you to pretend that you believe something you do not, and you will not be put on the spot. Wear whatever feels comfortable and sit wherever you like.
If you have children, check our current information about Lakes Kids which is a special program for young children. Your children can also stay with you. Parent rooms are available for babies and toddlers, and movement and noise during the service do not bother us.
Churches are made up of people who are still learning to follow Jesus, so you should not expect everybody to have life neatly sorted. We hope you will find a warm welcome, room for your questions and a community where you can discover who Jesus is.
